Definitions

Artisan Partner: Skilled craftspeople and cooperatives in Morocco who create IZRIN products using traditional techniques.

Customer or You: Any person or entity accessing or using IZRIN Services.

Custom Order: A product made specifically to customer-provided specifications, including size modifications, color requests, or design alterations beyond standard product offerings.

Handcrafted Variation: Natural differences inherent to hand-made products, including pattern irregularities, color shading, texture differences, and dimensional variations. These are NOT defects.

Made-to-Order: Products crafted by artisan partners after order placement, as opposed to pre-made inventory items.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Creating an Account

Account Requirements:
To make purchases, you must create an IZRIN account providing:

• Full legal name
• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Shipping address
• Phone number (optional but recommended)

Account Security:
You are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality
• All actions taken through your account
• Keeping account information current and accurate
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access at support@izrin.com

Product Descriptions and Handcrafted Quality

Understanding Handcrafted Authenticity

At IZRIN, every product is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed through generations. This authentic craftsmanship means each piece is unique and variations are inherent characteristics, NOT defects.

CRITICAL HANDCRAFTED VARIATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with IZRIN, you expressly acknowledge and accept that handcrafted products exhibit natural variations, including but not limited to:

Pattern and Design Variations:

• Asymmetry: Patterns may not be perfectly symmetrical or centered
• Motif irregularities: Traditional symbols may vary in size, spacing, or alignment
• Border variations: Borders may not be uniform in width or pattern execution
• Field placement: Central elements may be slightly off-center

Color Variations:

• Dye lot differences: Natural dyes produce variations between batches
• Color distribution: Colors may be concentrated differently in some areas
• Abrash effect: Intentional color striations from dye batch changes (authentic characteristic)
• Hue differences: Actual colors may vary from photographs due to natural dye properties

Texture and Material Variations:

• Pile height differences: Hand-knotting produces natural variations
• Wool characteristics: Natural lanolin content, initial shedding, fiber texture variations
• Weave density: Knots per square inch may vary within acceptable artisan standards
• Surface texture: Areas of higher or lower pile, intentional texture changes

Structural Variations:

• Edge irregularities: Hand-finished edges may have minor irregularities
• Corner alignment: Corners may not be perfectly squared
• Dimensional variations: Measurements may vary by ±2-5% from stated dimensions
• Thickness variations: Pile height and foundation thickness may vary across the piece

These Variations Are NOT Defects

The variations described above are expected and valued characteristics of authentic handcrafted textiles, consistent with museum-quality artisan work, prized by collectors and design professionals, and signatures of genuine human craftsmanship.

Returns based solely on natural handcrafted variations that fall within industry standards for artisan textiles WILL NOT BE accepted. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details.

• Custom orders are non-returnable

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Currency:

• Morocco customers: Moroccan Dirham (MAD)
• International customers: U.S. Dollars (USD)

Prices exclude:

• Shipping costs (calculated at checkout)
• Taxes and duties (where applicable)
• Optional rush production fees
• Custom order premiums

Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Bank transfer via Mercury (orders over $2,000 or upon request)

Payment Security:

• All card payments processed securely through Stripe
• We do NOT store your card information on our servers
• Charges appear as "IZRIN LLC" on statements

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Order Process

Your order is confirmed when you receive an Order Confirmation email from IZRIN. This email constitutes our acceptance and forms a binding contract.

Customer Cancellation

Before production begins:

• In-stock items: Cancel within 24 hours, no fee, full refund
• Made-to-order: Cancel within 48 hours, no fee, full refund
• Custom orders: Cancel within 24 hours, 10% restocking fee

After production begins:

• Cancellation not permitted (item made specifically for you)
• Exception: Case-by-case review for extraordinary circumstances
• Partial refund with 50-75% restocking fee if approved

Production Timelines and Made-to-Order Process

Timeline Estimates

Made-to-Order Standard Products:

• Small items (pillows, throws): 4-6 weeks
• Medium rugs (up to 6' × 9'): 6-10 weeks
• Large rugs (over 6' × 9'): 10-12 weeks
• Extra large or intricate: 12-16 weeks

Custom Orders: 6-16 weeks (confirmed at order)

In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days processing

Important Understanding

Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Handcrafted work cannot be rushed without compromising quality.

You may cancel for full refund if delays exceed 150% of estimated timeline.

Intellectual Property Rights

IZRIN's Property

Your Limited License

• View product images for shopping decisions

• Scrape or data mine content
• Use content for commercial purposes

Abusive Behavior:

Technical Interference:

• Introduce malware
• Scrape content with bots

Consequences: Account termination, order cancellation, legal action, permanent ban.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Quality Warranty

IZRIN warrants that products will:

• Use traditional artisan techniques as described
• Use materials consistent with descriptions
• Be free from significant structural defects
• Match general design descriptions (acknowledging handcrafted variations)

Warranty Period: 90 days from delivery

Coverage: Structural failures, material defects, significant deviations from specifications

NOT Covered: Handcrafted variations, normal wear, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Except for the limited quality warranty, products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS ARE NOT DEFECTS AND ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability

IZRIN's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $500 USD, whichever is greater.

Excluded Damages

IZRIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect damages (loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data)
• Consequential damages (reputation damage, emotional distress, subsequent losses)
• Incidental damages (travel costs, time spent, related expenses)
• Punitive or exemplary damages

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Good Faith Resolution

Before formal proceedings, we encourage contacting us at support@izrin.com to resolve disputes amicably.

Binding Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate: Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, NOT court litigation (except small claims court or injunctive relief).

Arbitration Rules:

• Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act
• Administered by American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules apply
• Location: Wyoming or mutually agreed location
• Individual arbitration only (no class arbitration)

Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS. All disputes must be brought individually.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration provisions, any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
