Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time between order confirmation and shipment to carrier. This does NOT include production time for made-to-order items.

Process Steps:
- Day 1: Order received and confirmed
- Day 1-2: Payment verification and fraud check
- Day 2-3: Item retrieved, quality inspection, packaging
- Day 3: Carrier pickup and tracking number generated
Made-to-Order Items
Begins AFTER production is complete
Timeline:
- Production: 4-16 weeks depending on product
- Quality Inspection: 2-3 days after completion
- Processing & Packaging: 1-3 business days
- Carrier Pickup: Within 1 business day
We provide milestone updates including production started, midway update, production completed, and tracking number available.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan national holidays, Islamic holidays, and New Year's Day.

Shipping timeframe is the estimated delivery time AFTER the package is handed to the carrier.
Morocco Domestic Shipping

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (when available)
Secondary Cities:
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Important Understanding: Shipping timeframes are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier operational issues, weather events, customs delays, or peak season volume.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, package dimensions, shipping speed, and carrier fees.
Morocco Domestic Rates (Approximate)
- Small Items (pillows, throws under 2kg): 30-50 MAD
- Medium Rugs (2-10kg): 60-120 MAD
- Large Rugs (10-25kg): 130-250 MAD
- Extra Large Rugs (over 25kg): 260-400 MAD
- Express Shipping: +50-100% of standard rate
International Rates (When Available - Approximate USD)

- North America Medium: $70-140
- North America Large: $150-300
- Europe Small: $40-70
- Europe Medium: $80-160
- Europe Large: $170-350

Customs Duties and Taxes (International)
International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT or sales tax, customs processing fees, and brokerage fees.
IZRIN does not collect or prepay customs duties and taxes (except where legally required).
Receiving Tracking Information
Within 24 hours after carrier pickup, we'll email you carrier name, tracking number, link to tracking page, and estimated delivery date.

Typical tracking milestones:
- Picked Up: Carrier receives package from IZRIN
- In Transit: Package moving through carrier network
- Arrived at Destination City: Package at local distribution center
- Out for Delivery: Courier has package for delivery today
- Delivered: Package successfully delivered
Tracking Issues
If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, delays in scanning are common. Contact us after 3 days of no updates at support@izrin.com.

Standard Delivery
Morocco Domestic (Amana/CTM):
- Courier attempts delivery to provided address
- Signature required for packages over 1,000 MAD value
- If no one home, courier leaves delivery notice
- Package held at local carrier office for pickup (7-10 days)
International (Aramex/DHL):
- Signature required for all international shipments
- Multiple delivery attempts (typically 2-3)
- Packages held at local facility for pickup

Missing Packages
Tracking Shows Delivered, But You Didn't Receive:
Immediate Steps:
- Check all entrances, with neighbors, building concierge
- Verify address in tracking
- Contact carrier with tracking number
- Contact IZRIN at support@izrin.com within 48 hours
We'll file a claim with the carrier immediately. If package is confirmed lost, we'll send replacement or issue full refund (your choice).
Damaged Packages
BEFORE SIGNING:
- Inspect package in front of delivery person
- Note damage on delivery receipt
- Photograph damage
- Refuse delivery if damage is severe
AFTER SIGNING: If you discover damage after accepting:
- Photograph immediately (box exterior, interior, product damage)
- Keep all packaging
- Contact IZRIN within 48 hours: support@izrin.com
